1️⃣. Presentation

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the relations between the company Oracces , operated by Mohamed Wafik Khemiri , and any person making a purchase on the site www.oracces.com .
By validating your order, you unreservedly accept all of these conditions.

3️⃣. Products offered

Oracces markets dematerialized eSIM cards and associated digital services enabling mobile connections in different countries.
Each product sheet specifies the coverage area , the validity period and the associated data volume .

4️⃣. Price

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).
Oracces reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.

5️⃣. Order

Any order placed on the website www.oracces.com implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
The customer receives a confirmation email after payment.
As eSIM products are dematerialized , delivery is made immediately by electronic means (email or QR code).

6️⃣. Payment

Payment is secured via Shopify 's partner solutions (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Banking data is never stored or accessible by Oracces.
Any validated order is only considered final after full payment of the price.

7️⃣. Delivery and activation

eSIMs are sent instantly after ordering to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for entering their email address correctly.
Once the QR code is received, the installation and activation of the eSIM is the user's responsibility.

8️⃣. Right of withdrawal and refund

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered immediately after purchase and the execution of which began before the end of the withdrawal period.

Therefore, once the eSIM is activated or downloaded , no refund can be made.
In the event of a technical problem preventing activation, Oracces undertakes to offer a replacement or credit note after verification.

9️⃣. Responsibility

Oracces cannot be held responsible:

  • From incorrect installation of the eSIM by the customer,

  • From an incompatible device,

  • From poor local network coverage,

  • Or use contrary to the supplier's conditions.

11️⃣. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, graphics, brands) are the exclusive property of Oracces.
Any total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

12️⃣. Applicable law

These conditions are subject to French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
In the absence of an agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

13️⃣. Modification of the conditions

Oracces reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
The applicable version is that in force on the date of the order placed by the customer.
