Frequently Asked Questions

❓ My device is not on the list, can I use an eSIM?

If your device isn't listed, check your settings to see if the "Add eSIM" option is available. Contact us with your exact device model so we can confirm compatibility.

❓ What is a carrier-locked phone?

A locked (or SIM-locked) phone can only use SIM cards from the original carrier. To use an eSIM, your phone must be unlocked. Contact your carrier to have it unlocked.

❓ Can I use an eSIM and a physical SIM at the same time?

Yes! Most eSIM-compatible devices allow you to use a physical SIM and an eSIM simultaneously (Dual SIM). Perfect for separating work and personal life or keeping your main number while traveling.

❓ How many eSIMs can I install on my device?

It depends on the device. iPhones can store up to 8-10 eSIMs but can only use 2 at a time. Android devices vary by brand.

❓ My phone is compatible but the eSIM option doesn't appear?

Check that:

  • Your operating system is up to date
  • Your phone is not carrier locked.
  • You are in a country supported by the manufacturer
  • Your phone variant supports eSIM (some regional versions do not).
