Oracces offers eSIMs (virtual SIM cards) delivered only electronically , without physical shipment.


2. Product type

The eSIMs sold on the site are digital products , delivered by email in the form of a QR code accompanied by the installation information necessary for activation.

No physical media (card, envelope, package, etc.) is shipped.


3. Delivery time

Sending the QR code and activation information is almost instantaneous after payment validation.
Typically, the customer receives their eSIM within 3 to 4 minutes maximum to the email address provided when ordering.

In the event of high traffic or anti-fraud checks, this period may exceptionally be extended by a few minutes.


4. Delivery method

Delivery is made by e-mail , to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Provide a valid and accessible email address,

  • Check your inbox, including your “junk mail” or “spam” folders.

If the customer does not receive their email after 10 minutes , they can contact customer service at support@oracces.com indicating their order number .


5. Order Confirmation

Once the payment is validated, the customer receives:

  1. An order confirmation email ,

  2. A second email containing the QR code of your eSIM, technical information and installation instructions .


6. No shipping costs

Given the 100% digital nature of the product, no delivery charges are applied.
The price indicated when ordering is the final price paid by the customer.


7. Input errors

Oracces cannot be held responsible in the event of an error in the email address provided by the customer.
In case of error, the customer is invited to quickly contact support at support@oracces.com in order to try to regularize the situation.

9. Applicable law

This shipping policy is governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Paris .
