eSIM Installation Guide

Welcome to Oracces! This guide will walk you through installing your eSIM on your iPhone, step by step. Installation only takes a few minutes and requires no special technical skills.

Before we begin

Ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • Your iPhone is eSIM compatible (iPhone XS, XR or newer model)
  • iOS 18 or later is installed
  • You are connected to the Internet (WiFi recommended)
  • Your iPhone is not carrier locked.
  • You have received your Oracces activation email with the link or QR code.
💡 Important: The eSIM can only be installed once. Make sure you follow all the steps carefully before starting the installation.

Method 1: Installation via link (Recommended)

Method 2: Installation via QR Code

If you prefer to use a QR code or if the link is not working, follow these steps:

Open Settings

Open the Settings app (grey icon with gears).

Access Cellular options

In Settings, tap Cellular Data or Cellular .

Tap Add a cellular plan or Add an eSIM .

Scan the QR Code

  • Choose "Use a QR Code"
  • Point your camera at the QR code received by email.
  • Wait for the QR code to be detected automatically.

💡 Tip: If you are having trouble scanning, increase your screen brightness and make sure the QR code is clearly visible and complete.

Activate the package

  • Tap "Add a cell phone plan"
  • Please wait while the eSIM profile is being downloaded (approximately 30 seconds)
  • Press "OK" when activation is complete.

Configuring your Oracces eSIM plan

This can take up to 30 seconds

Method 3: Manual Installation

If neither the link nor the QR code works, use the manual method:

In Settings > Cellular Data , tap Add Cellular Plan .

Tap "Enter details manually" at the bottom of the screen.

Enter the information provided in your email:

Field Information
Address SM-DP+ As indicated in your email
Activation code Code provided in your email
confirmation code If required, code provided in your email

Press "Next" and then wait for activation.

Configuration after installation

Once your eSIM is installed, you will need to configure it to use it:

Rename your eSIM

To better identify your Oracces plan:

  • Go to Settings > Cellular Data
  • Tap on your new eSIM line
  • Select Cellular Plan Label
  • Choose a name (e.g., Oracces Voyage )

Enable mobile data

To use the internet with your eSIM:

  • In Settings > Cellular Data
  • Tap Cellular Data
  • Select your Oracces line

Enable roaming

⚠️ Important: Roaming must be enabled to use your Oracces eSIM abroad.
  • Go to Settings > Cellular Data
  • Press your Oracces line
  • Enable Data Roaming

Check that everything works

To ensure your eSIM is installed correctly:

  • Check that your operator's name appears at the top of the screen.
  • Try opening a website or application
  • Check your data usage in Settings > Cellular Data
✅ Everything works! You can now enjoy your internet connection with Oracces.

Common problems and solutions

❌ The eSIM does not activate

Solutions to try:

  • Check that you have a stable internet connection
  • Restart your iPhone
  • Make sure your iPhone is not carrier locked
  • Contact our support team if the problem persists.

📶 No network or mobile data

Check the following points:

  • Data roaming is enabled
  • The Oracces eSIM line is selected for mobile data
  • Airplane mode is off
  • Your plan still has data available

📷 The QR code cannot be scanned

Try these solutions:

  • Increase the brightness of the screen displaying the QR code
  • Clean your camera lens
  • Make sure the QR code is complete and not cut off
  • Use the manual installation method

⚠️ Error message "Unable to install"

This message may appear if:

  • The QR code or link has already been used (an eSIM can only be installed once).
  • Your iPhone does not support eSIMs
  • The eSIM profile is invalid or expired.
