Refund Policy – ​​Oracces

1️⃣. Introduction

At Oracces , we make every effort to provide a reliable, fast and transparent service.
Our eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly after purchase.
This refund policy aims to clearly explain the conditions under which a refund may be granted.


2️⃣. Products concerned

This policy applies to all eSIMs sold on the website www.oracces.com .
Since eSIMs are delivered electronically (by email or QR code), they are considered intangible digital products .


3️⃣. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products supplied immediately after the order and the execution of which began before the end of the withdrawal period.

So, as soon as the eSIM is:

  • Sent by email, or

  • Activated or scanned,

Reimbursement is no longer possible .


4️⃣. Exceptional cases of reimbursement

Oracces may grant a partial or full refund only in the following cases:

  • The eSIM could not be delivered (incorrect email, technical problem not attributable to the customer)

  • QR code not working and Oracces support confirms system error

  • The customer contacted support before activation to report an order error (e.g. wrong destination)

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.


5️⃣. Application procedure

For any refund requests, please contact our customer service at:

Please indicate:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for the purchase

  • A description of the problem encountered (and screenshot if possible)

Our team will analyze your request within 48 to 72 working hours .


6️⃣. Processing time

In case of acceptance of the refund:

  • The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the order.

  • The refund time can vary from 3 to 10 working days , depending on the bank or payment provider.


7️⃣. Non-refundable products

No refund will be made if:

  • The eSIM has already been activated, downloaded or used

  • The customer has entered a device that is incompatible with eSIMs

  • The customer has poor network coverage due to the local operator

  • The order was placed with an email address error that was not reported before shipping.


8️⃣. Technical assistance

Before any refund, Oracces undertakes to provide personalized assistance to try to resolve the problem.
Our team remains available to check the compatibility of your device and guide you through the installation.
