When does the Singapore eSIM activate and how long is it valid?
Unless otherwise stated, validity starts from the first network connection on site . Set up Wi-Fi before departure and then activate data and roaming upon arrival. Data duration and volume depend on the plan chosen.
Which local networks does eSIM Singapore work on?
We automatically select the best available carriers in Singapore for optimal coverage (4G/5G depending on the area). If needed, you can manually choose a carrier in the settings.
Can I share the connection (hotspot) with the eSIM Singapore?
Yes, tethering is supported on most devices and plans. Performance may vary depending on your local network and usage.
What should I do if I have activation issues? Am I entitled to a refund?
Start by restarting your phone, enabling roaming, checking your APN and carrier selection. If the problem persists, contact support with your order number. Important: As per our policy, digital products are non -refundable after activation . A replacement/credit may be considered before activation in case of a proven technical issue.
