What is an eSIM and how does it work?
An eSIM is a digital SIM card built into your phone. With Oracces, you buy your plan online, receive a QR code by email, scan it from your phone settings and you're connected — no physical card, no queue at the airport.
Is my phone compatible?
Most recent phones are: iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and many more. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked. Quick test: dial *#06# — if an EID appears, you're good. See the full list.
When will I receive my eSIM?
By email, usually within a few minutes of payment, day and night. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or write to us.
Do I keep my usual number and WhatsApp?
Yes. The eSIM is a data line added next to your usual SIM. Your WhatsApp stays on your number and you can still receive calls and SMS on your usual line.
When does my plan start?
Only when your phone first connects to a network at your destination — not on the day you buy or install it. Install it at home, it will wait for you.
