Oracces offers eSIMs (virtual SIM cards) delivered exclusively electronically, with no physical shipping.


2. Product Type

The eSIMs sold on the website are digital products, delivered by email in the form of a QR code along with the installation instructions required for activation.

No physical medium (card, envelope, package, etc.) is shipped.


3. Delivery Time

The QR code and activation details are sent almost instantly after payment confirmation.
Generally, the customer receives their eSIM within 3 to 4 minutes maximum at the email address provided during the order.

In case of high demand or fraud checks, this delay may exceptionally be extended by a few minutes.


4. Delivery Method

Delivery is carried out by email, to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide a valid and accessible email address,
  • Check their inbox, including “spam” or “junk” folders.

If the customer does not receive their email after 10 minutes, they may contact customer support at support@oracces.com and provide their order number.


5. Order Confirmation

Once payment is validated, the customer receives:

  1. An order confirmation email,
  2. A second email containing the eSIM QR code, along with technical information and installation instructions.

6. No Shipping Fees

Due to the fully digital nature of the product, no shipping fees are applied.
The price displayed at checkout is the final price paid by the customer.


7. Input Errors

Oracces cannot be held responsible for errors in the email address provided by the customer.
In case of error, the customer is invited to quickly contact support at support@oracces.com in order to attempt to resolve the situation.
