Refund Policy – Oracces

1️⃣. Introduction
At Oracces, we are committed to providing a reliable, fast, and transparent service.
Our eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase.
This refund policy aims to clearly explain the conditions under which a refund may be granted.
2️⃣. Products Covered
This policy applies to all eSIMs sold on www.oracces.com.
As eSIMs are delivered electronically (by email or QR code), they are considered intangible digital products.
3️⃣. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products provided immediately after the order and whose execution has begun before the end of the withdrawal period.
Therefore, once the eSIM has been:
Sent by email, or
Activated or scanned,
no refund is possible.
4️⃣. Exceptional Refund Cases
Oracces may grant a partial or full refund only in the following cases:
The eSIM could not be delivered (incorrect email address, technical issue not attributable to the customer)
The QR code does not work and Oracces support confirms a system error
The customer contacted support before activation to report an order mistake (e.g. wrong destination)
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
5️⃣. How to Submit a Request
For any refund request, please contact our customer service at:

Please include:
Your order number
The email address used for the purchase
A description of the issue (and a screenshot if possible)
Our team will review your request within 48 to 72 business hours.
6️⃣. Processing Time
If the refund is approved:
The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the order.
The refund may take 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7️⃣. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued if:
The eSIM has already been activated, downloaded, or used
The customer provided an incompatible device for eSIM use
The customer experiences poor network coverage due to the local carrier
The order was placed with an incorrect email address that was not reported before delivery

Before any refund, Oracces is committed to providing personalised assistance to try to resolve the issue.
