1️⃣. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Oracces, operated by Mohamed Wafik Khemiri, and any person making a purchase on www.oracces.com.
By confirming your order, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

3️⃣. Products Offered

Oracces sells digital eSIM cards and associated digital services enabling mobile connectivity in various countries.
Each product page specifies the coverage area, validity period, and data volume included.

4️⃣. Pricing

Prices displayed on the site are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Oracces reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5️⃣. Orders

Any order placed on www.oracces.com constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The customer receives a confirmation email after payment.
As eSIM products are fully digital, delivery takes place immediately by electronic means (email or QR code).

6️⃣. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's partner solutions (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Banking details are never stored or accessed by Oracces.
An order is only considered final once full payment has been received.

7️⃣. Delivery & Activation

eSIMs are sent instantly after the order to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for entering their email address correctly.
Once the QR code has been received, installation and activation of the eSIM are the responsibility of the user.

8️⃣. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered immediately after purchase and whose execution has begun before the end of the withdrawal period.

Therefore, once the eSIM has been activated or downloaded, no refund can be issued.
In the event of a technical issue preventing activation, Oracces commits to offering a replacement or store credit after verification.

9️⃣. Liability

Oracces shall not be held liable for:

  • Incorrect installation of the eSIM by the customer,

  • An incompatible device,

  • Poor local network coverage,

  • Or use that does not comply with the provider's terms.

11️⃣. Intellectual Property

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
Failing agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

13️⃣. Amendments

Oracces reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The applicable version is the one in effect on the date the customer's order is placed.
