Frequently Asked Questions

❓ My device is not in the list — can I still use an eSIM?

If your device is not listed, check in your settings whether the "Add eSIM" option exists. Contact us with the exact model of your device and we will be able to confirm compatibility.

❓ What is a carrier-locked phone?

A carrier-locked phone (SIM-locked) can only use SIM cards from the original carrier. To use an eSIM, your phone must be unlocked. Contact your carrier to request unlocking.

❓ Can I use an eSIM and a physical SIM at the same time?

Yes! Most eSIM compatible devices allow using a physical SIM and an eSIM simultaneously (Dual SIM). Perfect for separating work and personal use, or keeping your main number active while travelling.

❓ How many eSIMs can I install on my device?

This depends on the device. iPhones can store up to 8–10 eSIMs but only use 2 simultaneously. Android devices vary by brand.

❓ My phone is compatible but the eSIM option does not appear?

Check that:

  • Your operating system is up to date
  • Your phone is not carrier-locked
  • You are in a country supported by the manufacturer
  • Your phone variant supports eSIM (some regional versions do not)
